There are many brands uv light activated glass glues. For simple gluing you can often find these glues in hardware stores. It is often sold in a small tube for the use of stopping auto windshield cracks from spreading. - A UV light can be used in the studio or you can expose the work to sun light. These glues set quickly.
Lincoln Glass is a local supplier but you need an account to buy from them. At their web site enter "adhesives" into their search window and you can see the products they carry.
Silicon glues are used for filling voids and for there flexibility. They will yellow with time and their strength will deteriorate over time. A high quality silicon glue for use with glass is critical for longevity of its strength.

Hxtal NYL-1 Glue is the best two part epoxy for gluing glass. You can buy it through His Glass Works. This is a very slow setting glue. It can be sped up by the use of a heat box. If set correctly it is extremely strong, but its greatest attribute is its non-yellowing characteristics.
