I think of my squiggles as a representation of a three dimensional Unalome.



The common signification is that they represent the path to enlightenment. Originating from the Buddhist tradition. The bottom spiral illustrates the struggle with life, struggle that gets thinner as one progress on the path and finally reaches the enlightenment or Nirvana.



I make each glass Unalome Squiggle holding this intention.



Blown glass squiggle/unalomes are approximately 18-24 inches tall. Each comes with a bamboo stick for support.
